ROL® CN hooded screen
ROL® CN hooded screen
Screen created for sieving dusty product.
Inclined screen closed by a vibrating box or by a sealed static box forming a support base. It is possible to connect this device to a central dust extraction hood.
Inclined screen for any dry and dusty material classification application requiring 100% watertight containment and compliance with ATEX standards.
• Very good ability to screen “coarse” or “fine” any type of product, even wet or slightly clogging (cut-off from 1 mm to 300 mm).
• It combines high unit efficiency, low maintenance and economical operating cost.
Speed :thousands of T/h
Sectors of activity
- Mineral industry
- Agri-food
- Chemical industry
- Processing industry, etc.
Characteristic
- Acceleration: 4G
- Surface area: from 1 to 24 m²/floor
- floors: 1 to 3 floors
Highlights
- The vibrating box or “carcass “ rests on a fixed frame by means of elastic suspensions which insulate it while allowing it to oscillate.
- The vibrator mechanism consists of 1 to 3 shafts rotating at high speed. Each half-turn causes a shock produced by the centrifugal force developed by the unbalanced masses.
⇒ These repeated shocks transmitted to the carcass and the grids create a circular vibration which operates the classification according to the screening meshes. The vibration is uniformly distributed over the entire screening surface, thus ensuring optimum efficiency at all points.
⇒ The vibrating assembly, with the exception of the electric motors, is enclosed in a static box ensuring watertightness.
