Filter Screen HC

Filtration of a pulp composed of approximately 95% liquid and 5% solid to be extracted.

It is equipped with the CHAUVIN ROL type unbalance mechanism offering all the possibilities of vibration adjustment to adapt it to the product to be filtered. 

Vibrating device suitable for separating a small percentage of solid particles from liquid or sludge. 

It can also be used for safety filtration. 

Filtration is carried out by a metal grid of approximately 2 mm with a 500 micron mesh gap. Solid particles rejected by the mesh are transported by vibration to the end of the device. The liquid flows through the grid from below the device.  

Flow rate: tens of m3/h to hundreds of m3/h.
