Round Sieve RS®

Round Sieve RS®

Fine particle size selection of powders or granules, dry or wet. Safety filtration and removal of impurities  in syrups, oils, lime milk, etc.

Generally, this device is particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as powder metallurgy.

Circular sieve for all separation applications (solids and liquids) and classification (maximum 5 fractions) on dry materials. Easy adjustment of the product trajectory on the screen with the adjustable lower unbalance and adjustment of the vertical movement with the upper unbalance. The movement of this type of machine is achieved either by a mechanism (type RS) or by means of an unbalanced motor (type RS MB).

Flow rate: from 10 kg to 3 T/h

5 diameters are available:
RS 60 = 0.31 m²
RS 90 = 0.63 m²
RS 120 = 1 m²
RS 150 = 1.65 m²
RS 180 = 2.54 m²
