Our spare parts
Our dedicated spare parts department will be able to ensure you receive a very responsive and rapid supply of parts worldwide . We have a stock of more than 2,500 references that is regularly updated in order to be able to supply the majority of mechanical and emergency parts equipping our machines (wear parts, consumables, repairs, etc.). More than 1,000 customers are delivered each year worldwide and we have had traceability of the devices installed for more than 60 years.
After-sales service
Our After-Sales Service operates worldwide to provide you with all the help and assistance you need to quickly respond to any requests concerning:

- Reconditioning of vibrating devices
- Advice on maintenance and technical assistance to keep equipment in perfect working order while improving the operation of the installation by guaranteeing its reliability and productivity.

Vibration expertise and predictive maintenance
Our expertise focuses on detailed inspection of machines and their environment to identify the causes of bearing failures and structural problems. Predictive maintenance, particularly through the analysis of vibration data, helps prevent breakdowns and optimize interventions. It improves productivity and reduces costs by avoiding unexpected shutdowns. We offer on-site interventions by our experts to vibrationally analyses equipment and thus diagnose issues. We also offer equipment with sensors to remotely analyze vibration data for optimized predictive maintenance.
Reupholstery and re-lining
Sieving Applications, our brand dedicated to the lining business, complements Chauvin’s historical expertise for lining your sieve frames, whatever the brand of your production tool, and ensures custom lining of any type of support.
Design and testing
Because quality and tailor-made solutions are essential, we support you from the diagnosis and design of your project.
Our design office , composed of qualified technicians, handles your most complex requests. A project manager visits your site to adapt the machine to your environment and integrate your comments. Your equipment will be modeled in 3D under SOLIDWORKS and calculated in vibration with ANSYS in order to qualify the design, and bring you the best technical and economic satisfaction.
A test platform is available to help you precisely define the device, its dimensions, accessories, and efficiency. We also offer assistance for modified existing installations. Over the past 90 years, we have tested more than 40,000 products.
